Nearly 50% of the current U.S. workforce are made up of women. Of the current people working in STEM fields, 28% are also women. While these female numbers are impressive, they can be higher. Our sponsors are providing tremendous support and encouragement to the future of leading STEM females. Our sponsors are helping young female students to network, exposing them to various STEM career pathways, and inspiring learning through hands-on, interactive workshops.
